We're in Alma, Bukit Mertajam, on the first floor above My Dance Lab, near AEON Bukit Mertajam, with parking around the block. Look for the FIGHTLAB sign and take the stairs to the first floor.

Personal and semi-private sessions are by appointment, including outside these times.
Before your first visit
- Walk in for RMÂ 30 a class.
- Sign the waiver online, or at the desk.
- Bring water and a towel; train barefoot. Gloves can be rented at the gym for RMÂ 5 a pair.
- Arrive 10 minutes early and tell the coach it's your first class.
