Your first group class at Fightlab in Alma, Bukit Mertajam is on us. No experience needed; every class has beginners.

  • Pick a real class from this week's schedule
  • Wear comfortable clothes; bring water and a towel
  • Gloves can be rented at the gym for RM 5 a pair.
  • One free trial per person

Where: First floor, 8, Medan Seri Impian 3, Alma, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang. Look for the FIGHTLAB sign on the first floor above My Dance Lab, near AEON Bukit Mertajam, with parking around the block.

Free trial questions

Is the free trial really free?
Yes. Your first group class is free: nothing to pay and no card needed. It's one free trial per person, for people new to Fightlab: current and past members, including clients from our old booking app, aren't eligible.
How do I get my free class?
Sign up on this website. A free class is added to your account straight away, and you book it from the schedule like any member. No card needed.
Which classes can I try?
Muay Thai, ITF Taekwondo, or Kids Muay Thai for children from age 4. BJJ, private and semi-private sessions aren't part of the free trial.
Do I need any experience or equipment?
No. Every class has beginners. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a towel. Gloves can be rented at the gym for RM 5 a pair. Classes are coached in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
What happens after my trial?
If you enjoyed it, buy a package online or at the gym, or walk in for a single class. There's no pressure to sign up on the day.
